Juan365 Terms and Conditions – Know Your Rights Before You Play

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Juan365 platform — whether through the website at juan365-jit.com, any associated mobile application, or any other interface provided by Juan365 — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in their entirety and agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply to all users of Juan365, including registered members and visitors.

Juan365 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Juan365 platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. If you disagree with any updated version of these Terms, you must stop using Juan365 and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

These Terms should be read alongside the Juan365 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, which together form the full legal framework governing your use of the platform.

2. Eligibility

To register and use Juan365, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Juan365 operates strictly as an adult platform and does not permit minors to register, deposit, wager, or receive any bonus or payout.
• You must be located in a jurisdiction where online gaming of the type offered by Juan365 is permitted under applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to verify that your use of Juan365 complies with local laws in your location.

3. Account Registration

Each person may hold only one active Juan365 account. Registration of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, a different name, the same mobile number, different mobile numbers, the same device, or different devices — is strictly prohibited. If Juan365 detects that a player holds more than one account, all related accounts may be suspended and any bonuses or winnings associated with duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

3.1 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information when registering your Juan365 account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other information requested during registration. Providing false or misleading information — including about your identity, age, or location — is a breach of these Terms.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Juan365 login credentials. Do not share your username or password with any third party. Juan365 will never ask for your password via chat, email, or any other communication channel. Any activity that occurs on your account while your credentials are being used — whether by you or by a third party who has gained access — is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact Juan365 support immediately.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

Juan365 may require you to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer, or KYC) at any point. This typically involves providing a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and/or proof of the payment method you use. Verification may be requested before processing withdrawals, after a certain deposit threshold, or if unusual account activity is detected. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal processing until documentation is received.

4. Deposits

Juan365 accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfer, BDO, BPI, UnionBank online banking, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and may be subject to KYC verification status.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Juan365 does not accept deposits from accounts belonging to third parties. Deposits made from unverified or third-party accounts may be reversed, and the depositing account may be subject to review.

4.1 Processing Times

GCash and Maya deposits via direct integration are credited to your Juan365 wallet instantly in most cases. Bank transfers via InstaPay are typically credited within a few minutes. PESONet bank transfers may take up to one business day depending on your bank. Any deposit that does not appear in your wallet within the expected timeframe should be reported to Juan365 support with your transaction reference number.

4.2 Failed or Reversed Deposits

If a deposit is rejected by Juan365's payment processors — due to suspected fraud, payment method issues, or compliance reasons — the funds will be returned to the source account. Juan365 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers. If a deposit is debited from your GCash or bank account but does not appear in your Juan365 wallet after the expected processing time, contact support with proof of the transaction.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests at Juan365 are processed to the same payment method used for deposits, wherever possible. All withdrawals must be made to an account registered in the same name as the Juan365 account. Juan365 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

5.1 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawal Amounts

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum daily withdrawal limits depend on your VIP tier: Silver members may withdraw up to ₱50,000 per day; Gold up to ₱150,000; Platinum up to ₱300,000; Diamond members have a customised limit discussed with their account manager. Single transaction maximum limits also apply and are displayed in the withdrawal interface.

5.2 Processing Times

Withdrawal requests submitted during standard processing hours are typically processed within 5 minutes for GCash and Maya. Bank transfer withdrawals via InstaPay are generally processed within 30 minutes to 2 hours during business hours. During high-volume periods or when additional verification is required, processing may take longer. Platinum and Diamond VIP members receive priority processing. Juan365 aims to process all withdrawal requests within 24 hours of receipt, regardless of the payment method.

5.3 Withdrawal Holds and Verification

Juan365 reserves the right to place a temporary hold on withdrawal requests pending identity verification, fraud review, or compliance checks. Players will be notified when a hold has been applied and given clear instructions on what documentation is required to release the hold. Unverified accounts with large pending withdrawal requests will be required to complete KYC before funds are released.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

Juan365 offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP-exclusive rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, in addition to the general rules in this section.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Most deposit bonuses at Juan365 are subject to a wagering requirement — a multiplier indicating how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made. For example, a bonus with a 5x wagering requirement means you must place total bets equal to five times the bonus amount. 6.2 Eligible Games and Minimum Odds

Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each bet toward the requirement. Live casino table games may contribute at a lower rate. Free bet bonuses used for sports markets require bets to meet a minimum odds threshold (typically 1.50 or as stated in the promotion). Bets placed below the minimum odds do not count toward the wagering requirement.

6.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses and free bets at Juan365 have an expiry period stated in their specific terms. Unused bonus credits or incomplete wagering requirements that lapse before the expiry date will be forfeited automatically. Players are responsible for checking expiry dates on active bonuses in their account dashboard.

6.4 Bonus Abuse

Juan365 reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings in cases where bonus terms have been deliberately exploited. This includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same welcome offer, using low-risk betting strategies specifically designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine risk, collusion between accounts, and any other behaviour that Juan365 considers to constitute abuse of the promotional system.

7. Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on Juan365 — across PBA, PVL, UAAP, NCAA Philippines, international leagues, and other markets — are subject to the following general rules in addition to sport-specific rules displayed on the relevant betting page.

• All bets are final once confirmed. Juan365 does not accept requests to cancel or modify a bet after it has been placed and confirmed in your account.
• Minimum single bet stake is ₱50. Minimum parlay stake is ₱50. Maximum stake limits are displayed in the bet slip before confirmation.
• If a match is postponed or cancelled before it begins, all pre-match bets on that match are voided and stakes returned to the player's wallet.
• For live in-play bets, once a bet has been confirmed during a live match, it cannot be voided unless the event is subsequently cancelled in its entirety before a result is determined.
• Juan365 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets where odds were published in error due to a technical or data feed issue. Players will be notified and stakes refunded if this occurs.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a match, Juan365 will use the official result published by the governing body of the relevant competition as the final determination.
• Maximum payout limits per bet apply and are displayed in the bet slip. Bets that would produce a payout exceeding the maximum will have their stake adjusted accordingly before confirmation.

8. Casino Games and Fishing Games

All casino games on Juan365 — including slots, live dealer table games, RNG table games, fishing games, and bingo — are provided by licensed game studios. Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical dealing of cards and real roulette wheels in a studio environment monitored by live cameras.

Juan365 does not manipulate game outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual games are set by the game providers and are audited by independent testing agencies. RTP information for individual titles is available in the game detail section of each game lobby.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round — a disconnection, server error, or display error — Juan365 will follow the following procedure: if the game round can be completed using verified session data, it will be resolved accordingly. 9. VIP Club

Participation in the Juan365 VIP Club is automatic for all registered members. Tier placement is based on monthly deposit and wager volume. Tier benefits — including cashback rates, withdrawal limits, personal account managers, and exclusive bonuses — are as described on the VIP Club page.

Juan365 reserves the right to adjust VIP tier thresholds, benefit structures, and promotion availability at any time. Changes to the VIP Club program will be communicated to affected members via their registered contact details with reasonable advance notice. Cashback credited to a player's wallet under the VIP program is subject to the standard bonus terms in Section 6 unless otherwise stated in the VIP Club terms specific to each benefit.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on Juan365. Players found to have engaged in any of the following may have their accounts immediately suspended, winnings forfeited, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account on Juan365, regardless of the name or contact details used.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or third-party tool to interact with Juan365 games or the betting interface.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in game logic for financial gain.
• Coordinating with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes (collusion).
• Using Juan365 for any form of money laundering, including cycling funds through the platform without genuine gaming intent.
• Depositing funds using payment accounts that are not registered in your own name.
• Attempting to withdraw funds to accounts belonging to third parties.
• Claiming the same promotional offer multiple times, whether through multiple accounts or by exploiting promotional mechanics.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing Juan365 staff or other players via any communication channel.

11. Account Suspension and Closure

Juan365 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion if there is reason to believe that these Terms have been breached, fraudulent activity has occurred, or continued operation of the account poses a compliance or security risk. In cases of suspected fraud or Terms violation, Juan365 may freeze account access and funds pending investigation without prior notice.

Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach, any bonus funds, promotional winnings, or winnings derived from prohibited conduct may be forfeited. Genuine deposits made in good faith, minus any outstanding charges, will be returned to the verified payment method on record.

Juan365 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with licensed payment processors, KYC verification providers, fraud detection systems, and regulatory bodies as required by law or by the terms of our operating licences. All data processing activities comply with applicable Philippine data protection regulations.

14. Intellectual Property

All content on the Juan365 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, promotional materials, and software — is the intellectual property of Juan365 or its licensed providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, recreational purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, transmit, modify, or create derivative works from any Juan365 content without prior written permission. Unauthorised use of Juan365 intellectual property will be treated as a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure and legal action.

15. Limitation of Liability

Juan365 provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While Juan365 makes every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, error-free service, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, entirely secure, or free from technical errors at all times. Scheduled maintenance windows and occasional unplanned downtime may occur.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Juan365 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical failure, connectivity issues, or actions outside Juan365's direct control. Juan365's total liability to any player in any calendar month shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player during that same month.

This limitation does not apply to Juan365's liability for fraud or wilful misconduct, or to any liability that cannot be excluded by Philippine law.

16. Amendments to These Terms

Juan365 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, Juan365 will post a notice on the platform and update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes that materially affect player rights or obligations, Juan365 will also notify registered players via their registered mobile number or email address.

Your continued use of Juan365 after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated agreement. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, please stop using the platform and contact support to request account closure.

17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, your Juan365 account, or your use of the platform shall first be referred to Juan365 customer support for resolution through the internal complaints process.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process within a reasonable timeframe, either party may escalate the matter through applicable dispute resolution channels under Philippine law. Juan365 will cooperate fully with any regulatory or legal process arising from a dispute with a player.
